THE PATHOLOGIST COULDN’T EVEN GET THE VICTIM’S EYE COLOR RIGHT – WAS HE BLIND?

MORGAN HAD BEAUTIFUL BLUE EYES –  BUT THAT IS NOT THE EYE COLOR THE PATHOLOGIST, DR. ROBERT KURTZMAN, WROTE ON HIS REPORTS.  HOW DID HE GET HER EYE COLOR WRONG AND NEVER CORRECT IT WHEN IT WAS BROUGHT TO HIS ATTENTION? – something as simple as her eye color…

WHY DIDN’T HE MENTION, AND TEST, THE “SPOTS” SEEN UNDER THE UV LIGHT ON HER CHEST?  These “spots” were mentioned in the police report and the First Responders said it wasn’t from anything they used on her when they took over. What good is using a light to scan a possible crime scene for bodily fluids, if the light detects things, and those things are ignored and never tested…how does this make any sense?  Is this called investigating and following where the evidence leads?  I think not even close – why are possible crime scenes investigated by untrained people without any clue about a proper crime scene protocol?

HOW COULD THE PATHOLOGIST NOT BE SUSPICIOUS OF THE “ABRASIONS” AND “BROKEN NAILS” ON MORGAN’S RIGHT HAND, WRIST, AND BREAST, AS WELL AS THE WOUND ON HER FOREHEAD, AND INJECTION MARK ON THE INSIDE OF HER ARM? The crime scene photos, taken by the Deputy Coroner, clearly show this evidence, but the pathologist just glanced over it – I guess it didn’t fit his personal “speculation.”  The forensic pathologist, working for the coroner, in the state of Colorado at that time was the person responsible for the investigation of the crime scene, as well as the autopsy. He ignored all evidence, did not want any information from Morgan’s doctors, or family or other forensic medical examiners, ignored the scientific evidence from her toxicology reports and refused to fix all the mistakes he made on his reports.

HOW COULD HE NOT BE SUSPICIOUS OF THE “ABRASIONS” AND “BROKEN NAILS” ON HER RIGHT HAND –  These would normally be considered all obvious signs of a struggle.  What about the injection mark, with what looks like a bite mark over it, on the inside of her arm?  How the hell can he ignore that when she had a date rape drug “amitriptyline” in a massive amount (10x’s what would have killed her) in her blood – the amount that would have been in a vile at the ranch behind our house that “they” had access to, enough for a 1,200 lb. horse!

Why didn’t  the pathologist, Dr. Robert Kurtzman, do a rape kit on Morgan to make sure she wasn’t sexually assaulted?  Her pants were unzipped and unbuttoned and there was visible liquid on her pants, that even the First Responders wrote about – and yet no mention of this is in the pathologist’s reports, and he told me over the phone, that he is not allowed to do a rape kit unless the sheriffs tell him to do so.  And he is the one, according to Colorado law, responsible for the investigation.  Crazy – I know – infuriating and true!

Morgan was a young woman, killed during an active investigation into her felony stalking, and her death was called “suspicious” so she was taken to this pathologist, Dr. Robert Kurtzman, for an autopsy, and he doesn’t even test under her nails, not even where the nails are torn at an angle, doesn’t even do a rape kit, even though her pants are unzipped and unbuttoned, and clearly show no evidence of being on her body when she died, and her lividity became set (lividity shows she was dressed some time after death).

This all adds up to a staged crime scene, where her body was moved postmortem.  They could see from the frozen position of her bent legs and arms that she had not died lying flat down, or on a bed lying on her side – her body had been moved after it had frozen into the position she died in.  Body of proof.  Crime scene 101 – if you see evidence that the body has been moved, then someone else moved it…bodies do not move on their own.

The forensic pathologist, Dr. Robert Kurtzman, engaged in pure speculation – not scientific or medical certainty, as he is tasked to do – no, he botched Morgan’s autopsy, intentionally, or out of laziness, and ego, allowing her to never have an investigation into her suspicious death…but “suspicious” death was the reason her body was brought to him for an autopsy in the first place!

I know some people don’t like to hear that – it’s upsetting and scary.  But no amount of candy-coating, from people that do not want her death to be investigated, can change that fact.  Morgan still needs, and can receive justice for what was done to her.

All the evidence needed for Morgan’s case to become a homicide investigation was right there, the morning of her murder, for the sheriffs to see and collect, but they did not collect it, they did not write what they actually observed in their reports – they did nothing, but attempt to minimize an obvious murder scene. And I do not really believe that all the officers that were there that morning were all on board with this cover-up.  I think they did not want to go along with it, but they were given no choice and it has been eating them up ever since.  See how the ripple effect comes into play and there becomes so many lives altered from just one heinous act.

The forensic pathologist, Dr. Robert Kurtzman, got nothing right…unless typing that Morgan was a 20-year-old female.  REMEMBER HE COULDN’T EVEN GET HER EYE COLOR CORRECT ON HIS REPORT!!!

AND I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THINGS THAT WERE NOT DONE, THINGS THAT WERE NEVR MENTIONED…HORRIFYING THAT OUR DAUGHTER’S AUTOPSY WAS LEFT UP TO A PATHOLOGIST THAT DID NONE OF THE REQUIRED PROCEDURES, INSTEAD HE ENGAGED IN PURE SPECULATION, NOT SCIENTIFIC OR MEDICAL CERTAINTY – all adding up to our daughter Morgan not receiving justice yet, and murderer(s) remaining free to reoffend.

This is a true American horror story, and it needs to end now.  Morgan needs her case investigated, she needs justice and I feel for the other families who have lost loved ones in Montana, where Dr. Kurtzman is now performing autopsies.

– Morgan needs justice because justice is a RIGHT –

Once Upon A December…I Remember Morgan, I Remember

Can’t stop and don’t want to stop remembering all the beautiful memories of you Morgan – between crying, because I wish you were here on your birthday, and smiling as I remember all that you were, and still are…this song, “Once Upon A December,” I remember was the first big piece you learned to play on the piano, while singing the lyrics.

I know you loved this song from Anastasia.  I remember when the Disney movie came out, and I brought you to see it…I remember all the places we went, and all the things we did together – you are so missed.  I am extremely grateful to have been your mom.  I love you so much, and I miss you more than words can describe.

I remember how determined you always were to learn new things…the piano and singing, are just two out of thousands that just came to mind.  What I wouldn’t give to walk in the living room, hearing you play your keyboard and sing once again.

I hope you are dancing and singing in the sky today – I can almost see you.

Happy Birthday my sweet angel.  Love – Mom

Today is Morgan’s 26th Birthday

Holidays and certain dates are very hard for me now – they really hurt.

I started this post last night – trying to keep typing through my tears and pain.  Today is Morgan’s birthday – it is one of those days when we smile at the wonderful memories of our time together with Morgan, and at the same time we cry, because she is no longer with us.  How can we celebrate Morgan’s birthday when it hurts so much?  I ask myself that every year, and every year I am reminded of all the reasons I should celebrate her birthday…all of those reasons are Morgan – she still deserves to be celebrated.

Today we will celebrate her beautiful, gentle, and loving soul – her love lives on in all of us, and we feel it every day.  We were all blessed to have been chosen to be Morgan’s family.  The joy she brought to our lives is immeasurable.

Later today we will have a little birthday party for Morgan.  We will let a few balloons fly into the heavens.   I will cook one of her favorite dinners, then we will light candles on her favorite cake – Tiramisu.  Sprinkle some pomegranates on top (she loved pomegranates), sing happy birthday, take a picture, and share our memory of her 26th birthday with the world.

Please feel free to join in if you’d like, and thank you for keeping Morgan and our family in your thoughts and prayers.

About Morgan’s Stalking

http://morganingram.com is the link to this website – it is where this blog resides…please click on the link, and then read all the pages – they tell about what happened to Morgan, as well as who Morgan was.

Thank you so much for helping to raise awareness about the dangers of stalkers, and to share the truth about what really happened to our youngest daughter.  Morgan was stalked & her death was a homicide.  She was 19 years old when the stalking started and was 20 when she was murdered…only 4 months after we realized she was being stalked.

Please share with anyone you know.  This blog and website have been read in over 115 countries around the world, by over 7 Million people to date…please keep it going.

So many people have been helped, over the past 5 years, because of the information in this website, and blog.  It explains about what happened to Morgan, what we did right, as well as all the mistakes we made.  We have heard back from many other victims of stalking, veterinarians that have now changed their protocol on dispensing the equine drug Amitriptyline, the head of a stalking task force out of Canada to let us know they are now adding onto their protocol to check the roofs of residences of stalking victims when called about an incident of stalking, as well as many other officers in law enforcement, first responders, forensic experts, and parents that are now taking more precautions, and the list goes on and on.  So I know this website and blog have helped many people, as well as raising awareness on this extremely UNDER REPORTED crime of stalking.

You can also hear the investigative journalism series, that had been done by a local radio station, long before we were able to get the many answers we now have, with the help of others experts and by doing our own investigation.  Here is the link to that series – https://soundcloud.com/user-744545581/kdnk-series  Parents shouldn’t have to do their own investigation into the murder of their child because law enforcement and the coroner’s office have chosen not to investigate – but unfortunately, we are not the only families that have been left to do it all on our own.

Morgan’s birthday is tomorrow, August 16, and she would have been 26 years old…the pain in our hearts is still just as deep and indescribable as it was December 2, 2011, when we found her body.  Our fight for justice continues, and we know the pain will never go away, as a piece of our hearts will now always be missing.  The stalker/murderer took Morgan’s physical body away, but could never take away all the love that we have, and always will have for her.  We honor her memory every single day by being of service to other victims.  This gives Morgan a little justice every single day going forward, and I know it makes her soul happy.

Thank you so much for reading and listening about Morgan.  She will never be forgotten and we will never give up in the fight for #Justice4Morgan

Accusing Innocent People?

Am I accusing innocent people?  I was there, through the stalking and murder, I lived it – I kept a timeline from the beginning, not knowing that it would be critical as the days unfolded.  I wrote down the “facts” about the incidents of stalking…in the beginning, not even knowing who was involved.

After our first photo capture of the stalker, Morgan realized who was probably involved – later on, after being followed, and seeing who the stalker(s) were, Morgan finally knew who it was, and told the sheriffs. Keenan VanGinkle was named as the main “suspect” in Morgan’s case and Brooke Harris was also mentioned, but her name was redacted because she was under 18 at the time – this can be seen on the police reports.

Steve & I were also victims of the same stalking – we are listed as victims in the police reports.  I am a victim – speaking my truth.  I am not accusing innocent people – I know who was doing the stalking, and I know Morgan was murdered…this is what I have stated.  I have also stated that given Morgan was murdered during an active investigation into her felony stalking, and given that only 2 days before she was murdered, the detective told me he expected the stalking to escalate, and was assigning additional patrols on our house – yes, I believe I know who murdered my daughter.  And yes, I believe her case needs to be investigated, if Morgan is ever to receive justice.  If that is all it takes to be an “accuser,” then when families know who the “suspect” is, they should never speak out or they will be considered an “accuser?” This is ridiculous – that is EXACTLY what criminals would like…everyone to stay quiet.  That is how evil wins.

I was there the whole time during this horrific, life-changing, soul-numbing 4 month period of time – Morgan, Steve & I were the only ones that lived through the stalking and her murder.  I lived it – Steve & I experienced the stalking, along with Morgan – no one else, except of course those involved in her stalking & murder…so I know for a fact this was a gang stalking, involving more than one person, as well as a predatory stalker.  I know who was involved and what their roles were in the stalking and murder.

Are you aware that Morgan saw Keenan VanGinkle face-to-face as he was engaged in stalking her?  It was at least 5 times that I am positive of – if you knew that fact would that fact change your mind? Or would you feel safer believing someone that wasn’t there, and never knew what really happened?

If people truly followed where the evidence (facts) of this case lead – they would follow it through to the truth, but too many people have a stake in the false reporting, as well as keeping Morgan’s case from ever being investigated.

I am not judge and jury – I want her case investigated, so someday there will be a judge and jury to decide who is guilty of murdering my daughter Morgan, as well as who the accessory’s were – the others who assisted in the stalking, false alibis, and murder.  I then want to see all those involved charged and sentenced.

Is that too much for a mother to want?
