Of course Morgan really had a stalker…what purpose is served to pretend that there was not?

Morgan reaching for hope

Morgan, reaching out

I must admit I am incredulous as I write this, but there is a question that I have been told I can’t ignore, actually four questions to be exact.  So now I will take the time to answer those four in order.  Starting with number one, “is there really a stalker?”, and is this system that we call justice going to wake up, and be there for Morgan, because the way it is going for Morgan right now, it is woefully upside down.

Was there a stalker? Really? Yes, there REALLY was a stalker (this was a felony stalking case, detectives assigned to it and everything), and did the stalker/stalkers murder Morgan?  Yes, and I have strong, very strong feelings and information about that, but I also think an investigation into many things that were in fact never investigated needs to happen.   Sorry, I’m getting ahead of my self,  First – yes, there really was a stalker.  And the following points might be a little out of order, because that takes a lot longer to go through all my notes:

  • At first the stalker taps on the window, Morgan thought it was trees or bushes, until we walked out to cut them back, and saw there were no bushes or trees near her window.  And no we hadn’t called anyone yet.
  • Taps and knocks continue, I call Garfield Sheriff’s department and I will never forget, I was admonished for waiting so long to report this.  Well, I had now reported it and they came, and yes they saw “scuffs” deeply cut into the ground in front of Morgan’s windows.  The deputy said it was obvious to him that someone had stood here, right up against the glass, for a long time.  The Deputy had suggestions, water the ground thoroughly and rake it smooth, maybe we’ll get lucky and get some prints in the dirt.  So you better believe we did that.
  • A bang on the bathroom window, and the prints we were hoping for are left.  Only now nobody cares about the prints left in the dirt, nice clear prints.  I ask in shock, “only the detectives can do that” I’m told, silly me I thought detectives were coming by later to do that.  But no, no one ever comes by to do anything with the prints.  Keep watering and raking they tell us, and we do.  We did take pictures ourselves.  Oh, and once a Deputy was practically pleading with his supervisor over the phone to be allowed to take a casting, after a while he was trying to get permission to take a picture, that too was a no go.  I guess now that I’ve seen how it works if you want to be able to claim you never saw any sign of a stalker you certainly can’t collect any evidence of a stalker.  I told the Deputy that day to not let it get him down, I’ll have Steve take pictures when he gets home.  A retired Special Agent told us that if we had cast them ourselves a Deputy would have been required to watch and oversee our efforts.  We didn’t know that back then, but want others to know in case this happens to you.  When we had a detective assigned he wasn’t quite sure what the deal was with prints.
  • I saw the stalker on the front porch, positively, twice, once turning to run and once keying in two digits of our front door code.
  • I saw him running between our cars in the driveway in broad daylight.  Now picture, if you can, a male, wearing a loose hoodie with the hood over his head and completely covering the side of his face. Spinning, head down, hands hidden, and then running, two, three strides and he’s ducking off to the side, and I can’t even tell you what kind of pants he was wearing.  Do you think you could “positively” identify him?  I wasn’t sure, Steve thought it was worth a line up to see. The Sheriffs didn’t agree.
  • We have him on video, he was hiding out behind my car and another car drove up the street, he either had to run or risk being spotted behind my car, so he ran. The video just isn’t good enough to positively identify him either.
  • We have him on video again, coming up across the back yard to the aspen tree that doubles as a ladder for him to make the “impossible” climb to the roof, yeah right, Steve is much older and has no problem climbing it.  Once again the picture that was taken in the middle of the night is not clear enough to identify him.
  • Morgan went out with her puppy in the early morning, still dark, she became aware of a male standing just on the other side of our 3’ high fence, all dressed in black.  She was badly shaken, and we never heard her scream.  Steve said he wished she had screamed loud, he wished she had started, and never stopped.
  • The stalker followed her, at least twice, first time we were completely unprepared, and it was up to Morgan to outrun him, race off in the opposite direction.  The second time we were only slightly more prepared, and we were waiting in the street as she drove up.  Only he did not follow her to the house, just to the subdivision.  Then came the plan to call 911, and have her keep driving, which I was never wild about as nothing had really worked before, so I was never very upset that we actually did not have a chance to try that.
  • There was an officer staking out the yard for the stalker, right outside our bedroom, for a half an hour.  We have him beautifully on video, and suggested if they were going to do a stake out again, first don’t wear the uniform jacket with the reflective “SHERIFF” written across the back, oh and don’t text constantly, completely lights up your face, chest and shoulders you know.
  • There is a gutter cracked in half directly over Morgan’s window that Steve assures me did not crack itself.
  • Then there are the trails worn into the berm, none out there this year, went by and looked.  They were never there in the past before the stalking.  Now there is no one  to stalk, no stalker, no stalker trails, funny how that works.
  • Of course there is the famous wildlife cam photo that I have been told someone is claiming is the most pathetic Photoshop job they have ever seen.  I know it isn’t.  I know we handed a copy to the Deputies fresh out of the camera that same night.  Wonder who she was protecting? Meaning the person that posted that it was photoshopped.
  • Then in a weird, weird sequence Steve was giving chase around the house one night and when reviewing the video cameras later, stopped, said some colorful things, and told me,  “I thought I was chasing him!”  “He was following behind me the whole time.”  He could tell by the way the motion detector lights were going off behind him and then back on.

So there were more instances/proof of a stalking, that I have been asked not to release yet.   And then for reasons I can only guess at, certain people conducted alibi appearances at our house.  Not to be too mysterious, but coming up soon in this blog is a, what can you say moment, when someone walks around our house one night practically waving their arms in front of each camera, we look, and can instantly can tell it is not the stalker, even the deputies can instantly tell its not the stalker.  And to top that off the following morning, before the snow melted there were footprints to show exactly  where they “marched” around our house, and then those footprints actually led right to Brook’s dad’s house – imagine that!   “Just a big game to them,” one of the Garfield County Deputies said after seeing the video. Maybe somehow to them, but not when our 20 year old daughter ends up murdered, no way, no how.

There was a stalker, an individual that was suspected by Law Enforcement, there was at least one other person who was a party to this and was, to our knowledge, never even questioned.  Morgan was a victim, Steve and I were victims as well.  We have read Colorado Victims Rights, and I assure you that that memo did not make it to the Garfield Sheriff’s Department.  But make no mistake there is only one thing that burns as the most important thing to me now…the protocol Steve and I had was – not good enough – likewise the Sheriff’s protocol was – not good enough –  so to watch our Sheriff stand on camera, and not promise us that he will improve, when he chose to say they were at our house at least 50 times and never saw a sign of a stalker, that was heart wrenchingly disappointing.  If you’ve seen the wildlife cam photos just tell our Sheriff to tell his Deputies to look behind them – then maybe they’ll see the stalker.  Very disappointing for the safety of other young women in this county, because I have to warn you that if they do the same for you, that they did for Morgan, that is a crime in and of itself.

  1. Toni, Thank you, thank you and thank you for writing this up! The people who have such doubts about the stalker are wasting their time and yours. Toni, this is your blog. This was YOUR experience YOU lived through. Morgan is YOUR daughter. This is YOURS to tell. You don’t have to waste your time on defending yourself. Believe you me , you have plenty of supporters who are willing to listen to Morgan’s last few months with an open mind and open heart. As I said before keep doing your thing – your way. As always, you are in my thoughts and prayers daily.

    • I will, and we will, and we will never give up – I promise you that, but I just wanted to be very clear with people, just in case they missed something that YES our youngest daughter was stalked, and YES she was murdered and YES we will never give up the quest for justice and to help others along the way. It will not be easy but I believe the good guys will win this time. 🙂

  2. I’m so sorry you’re having to be questioned like this…it’s ridiculous. And honestly, whoever posted that the wildlife cam picture was photoshopped should be ashamed of themselves. It’s as if Morgan, Steve and yourself are being victimized over and over.

Let’s be intelligent about this, neither you nor Steve are technical wizards or dishonest people, so photoshopping, “making up” a stalker, etc is a waste of conversation and time. This is real people….there was (and still remains) a dangerous stalker in your county. Morgan really passed away and it really was murder.

I understand asking questions, devils advocate so-to-speak, to provoke intelligent conversation and look at all possibilities. But to ask questions that have clearly been answered, time and time again throughout this blog and have been confirmed through video, photo, footprints, opportunity/motive, eye witness accounts, behicle descriptions, and MORE….really? If you doubt it after all that evidence, perhaps you should go work for Garfield County Sheriffs.

  3. I’m honestly sickened that anyone actually said they “believed,” that photo was photoshopped! Toni, I guess I must accept that ignorant and hurtfull people will continue to try and mar, your already scarred soul, and that these types of comments are inevitable when trying to bring awareness to your amazing Morgan’s case, but I cant help but want to fight for you, sheild you from anymore than you’ve already been thrown!!

Stay strong Toni & Steve, I promise you, these people are the minority, and I hope “they” are reading this, KARMA’S A BIT#H, I sleep easy knowing, that your comments are either routed in GUILT or PLAIN & UNADULTERATED stupidity, and you shall reep what you sew!!!!

I believe you, every word of what you’ve told us is YOUR TRUTH! I’m with you guys for the long haul, and I know I’m not alone, you’ve hit the ground running, just in the three weeks I’ve been following you, this story has really gained an audience, its only a matter of time before THEY are both caught, and justice for not only Morgan, not only you and Steve, but got the world of people who they stole Morgan from, will be served!!!

Please continue to prove your grace, by being only a lady, when all I can do is cuss at my screen!!

    • I guarantee you the person that mentioned that the image of the stalker was”photoshopped” has a connection with either ? or K. Lets face it if these people stalked Morgan they are definitely reading every single word on this blog. Both ? and K have no life thats why they stalked and followed Morgan.

    • It makes me so sad and angry that the police did not correctly investigate ? and K at the time of Morgan’s stalking and then murder! They both clearly had a history with Morgan that deserved further investigating. K seems as though he had an obsession and ? seemed very jealous!

      • I really believe that when an investigation is finally launched all the facts will show a clear picture of what happened.

        • I really and truly hope so for Morgan’s sake. You and Steve deserve answers as well, even though it appears like its as clear as day who the guilty persons are in this case. I cant believe that ? is a mother now and she does not even have the respect to contact you to claim her innocence, or to come forward with anything she may know. I really don’t think for a minute she is innocent. The people guilty of tormenting and then murdering Morgan know the awful truth and will have to live with it for as long as they live, that cannot be a good feeling no matter who you are. Morgan had such an amazing life and she was such a happy person she deserves JUSTICE!!!

          • She really does deserve justice, and everyone involved with taking her life away should face the consequences for their actions…maybe that was part of the problem, maybe while growing up their parents always tried to make excuses for them, and keep others from knowing what their child was capable of doing…maybe right there was the start of this recipe for murder…and I know there is at least one of those parents reading this blog, and I want them to know that I believe they are also responsible.

    • Hollie – Don’t feel like you’re the only one – trust me I have done my own share of cussing!

  4. Thanks Heather. I agree with you completely. Especially about the “asking questions that have CLEARLY been answered, time and time again throughout this blog and have been comfirmed through vidoe, photo, footprints…..etc”

Seriously; I dont understand why those people who are such disbelievers don’t do the Ingrams and even themselves a favor – and Move On.

    • Maybe they are on the dark side in disguise but you know that I really don’t mind reiterating the truth – remember the great thing about the truth is that it never changes. 🙂

  5. Toni, don’t let this get to you. Honestly. There are lots of people who are out there and who will question things, and not necessarily in a “nice” way. But there are others, like me, who, while we “question” things, it’s so that we can find answers for you, but also and especially for Morgan.

Some people believe LE and other authorities simply because they wear a badge or hold an office of trust. I have watched many LE departments mess things up so badly that there will never be a conviction in a crime. And then there are those who cover up evidence of a crime, or refuse to believe that there is a crime…and someone, finally, gets the attention of other authorities and voila, a conviction is had. I’m thinking very specifically of Drew Peterson and Kathleen Savio (and poor Stacy Peterson…rest her soul).

And then there are folks who are soooo frightened by this crime that they cannot begin to believe it happened the way it did, and so will do or say anything to prevent this from being real. It’s very frightening indeed to think that someone can access our homes, get past the locks, get past the dogs, and murder our children RIGHT under our noses, while we sleep. That is incredibly frightening to many of us, and so some of this has got to be a defensive reaction, so that the reality can be that no one can do this…no one.

But Mark Klaas can tell you, “if they want to get you, they will.” There are very scary people in this world, who bring darkness to those who don’t deserve it.

Toni, please, keep shining your light in this darkness. Please stay strong. Know you’re loved, in this world and beyond. Know you’re supported, and know, I promise, that the truth will always come out. It may be very hard to get that truth out, but do not stop talking, do not stop showing, do not stop sharing.

You have already done so much for so many…you’re raising awareness in many families, helping people to learn what to do in a stalking situation, and how to fight back even when everything seems against one…to stand up ANYWAY and be heard ANYWAY.

I’m reminded, at times like these, that often when a ton of objections come, it either means something is very close to being discovered, or something has already been discovered. Either way, stay the course, forge ahead, and bring this truth into LIGHT.

God bless and keep you, surround you with loving light, and guide you through.

    Best always,
    “HC”

    • Mark Klass is right, although no one really ever wants to believe that. If the truth about what happened to Morgan can make changes in this world and can direct people to take life a little more serious, then I think we can put up with negativity and keep fighting for what is right.

Thanks for shining your light on our family!

  6. Sickened that anyone would have the nerve to question you about the validity of your statements! This is heart wrenching for us to read…I can’t imagine the tears shed while writing it. I agree with “ec”…disbelievers need to find other material and move on.
It makes me personally feel angry, and I know the Ingram Family only through Toni’s written words. I am so sorry that some people aren’t kinder.
I continue to keep you in my prayers~enjoy the sunshine that Morgan brings to your heart every minute of every day.

Don’t give up hope~Best Wishes for better days.

  7. @ec. And that is EXACTLY MY POINT that ec just ended their post with.. Why not those of you that are so hell bent on this being made up, lied about, and fraudulent evidence created..why dont you all just move on?. You all are so very certain that there’s nothing here, no stalker ever existed and the was for certain no murder that was committed. Then nothing more here for you guys to be involved in.why not move on and go about your own life and leave this family alone with nonstop repetive questions that you feel so very certain you all already know and have the answers to..move on!
Or is there an actual ulterior motive because it certainly makes no sense to continue to closely follow, post about every piece of a detail you can sleuth out, and then always ask the same old tired questions that you, personally supposedly have known and had the answers to all along? Because according to you all there is and always has been nothing here, nothing to see. I personally can find zero valid, legitimate, nor good intended reason to continue to brow beat and beat the same old dead horse in kicking this family when they’re down.
The truth is quite simple in that it is revictimization and for those to be in a position where they really don’t have a clue whether what they’re harping on is even the least bit true(that being that you are so confident there WAS NEVER A STALKER and there was no murder) when the truth is you truly don’t know a damn thing and are basing your statements off of your own personal experiences and opinions and not facts. And to actually have the gall based on that to revictimize a family is a real damn shame.. I pray you one day don’t find yourselves on the receiving end of baseless “opinions” of people who have taken it upon themselves that they have the actual right to revictimize a family..you DO NOT have that right and NO ONE should ever feel as though they do have the right to do so.. Just move on!

    • Totally agree. There seem to be alot of cynics sleuthing this case. Perhaps they have been sleuthing a little to long and have become incredibly jaded in the process.

They seem to forget that not all the evidence has been revealed, yet they feel confident in forming opinions at this stage. And perhaps law enforcement does not feel there is enough evidence to pursue a murder investigation because they never collected enough evidence when they had the chance.

Toni I understand exactly what you are trying to do here. In addition to getting justice for your daughter you are trying to bring about positive change to ineffective procedure.

Don’t let these people bring you down you ARE making a difference.

    • I would never want any other family to go through what we have been and are still going through…that’s why all of us have to stand up and get answers – make changes – and become educated about what is really out there. Thanks!

    • Lieza if I had to guess i would say they do have an ulterior motive – I know one of them definitely is related, but I don’t think WS can do anything about that. But the truth will shine through eventually no matter how much people try to lie their way around it.

  8. Toni,

Remember that the believers outnumber the nonbelievers. While the Devil’s advocate approach is harsh, they must question every detail by considering the source. Unfortunately, in this world we live in patience really is a virtue that few possess(I say while typing away on my smartphone because it is instant Internet in the palm of my hand). The accusations, while possibly coming from a bad place, could be born of impatience also. The blog is so emotionally charged, it’s repercussions were bound to strike a nerve in you. I can’t wait for the day when there is an investigation so all facts can be objectively corroborated and the speculations can’t simply be dismissed as a Mother’s grief. Consider this boot camp for a more impartial tour of duty.

Stay strong, I know Morgan will help you,

    Katy

    • No worries – we will see this through. I believe people should ask questions, even if they are perceived as hard…I know it’s hard to let the story out a little at a time, and Steve and I are in discussions about that exact thing right now…here is the reason I am doing it, It is not to upset anyone it was only that I was hoping to get the State or Federal Investigators to jump in, and then I could just let out the whole story for everyone, but it hasn’t happened yet. Cross your fingers – I am hoping they will very soon and then the rest of the story will be out there for others to help with. I am getting really good tips now and I can’t stand how long this is taking – until I know Morgan’s case is getting really investigated I can’t stop telling her story.

  9. I suppose the sheriff thought that by telling the reporter on tv that they went to your house over 50 times and found nothing, proved that there was nothing to find but really what it showed was his departments ineptness. If I were him I would have been embarrassed to openly admit this.

    • I agree – that would have been the last thing I would have admitted to if I were him…politically speaking he could have said so many more things that would have flown, but that one just hit the ground.

  10. So I definitely agree that what a thoughtless person to ask those questions of you and make these accusations. I must say though it is great to hear the anger in your words. In other posts I could tell you were dumbfounded by incompetence, incredibly sad but I don’t think I ever went “oooo she’s pissed” till today. I’m sorry you have to experience this nightmare over again. I’ve experienced this anger reading what you have been through. Just tell me what to do, who to call, how can I help. I just can’t imagine how many other victims of various crimes in your county were told to “shut up and go away or else”… I think you and Steve have been nice long enough. They need to step up and investigate this.

Sending you calming energy so you don’t go nuts, Love so you can feel the army behind you and big ((((hugs)))) from one mother to another.

JUSTICE FOR THE INGRAMS!! JUSTICE FOR MORGAN!!!!!!

  11. Would writing letters to Garfield Sheriffs Department be of any service? Perhaps an out-pour of demands to open the case and investigate it fairly and without bias would help?

  12. “We have him beautifully on video, and suggested if they were going to do a stake out again, first don’t wear the uniform jacket with the reflective “SHERIFF” written across the back, oh and don’t text constantly, completely lights up your face, chest and shoulders you know.”

^^^ hahahaha!!! Seriously?! That’s comic gold right there! That’ was really ‘bright’ of him! 🙂

  13. Here is my issue. If you don’t think there was a stalker… live on with your merry little ‘in-denial’ life. But I would love to hear a cynic please explain to me how a perfectly healthy, happy and living/loved little girl (minus the effects of the stalker) would wind up with all those drugs in her system without there being something foul going on? Stalker or not this beautiful girl’s death needs to be investigated.

    • Heather thank you for your comment – it’s hard for me to believe that some people don’t GET IT. The Sheriff’s office had a felony stalking case opened:
      1. Morgan was horrifically stalked for 4 months
      2. Morgan ended up dead under suspicious circumstances
      3. An investigation into her death never was launched because Dr. Kurtzman, the Forensic Pathologist, put down Natural Causes
      4. Steve and I had doctors, medical professionals of the highest caliber assure us that Morgan’s death was NOT NATURAL CAUSES, they offered, and did communicate extensively for months with Dr. Kurtzman, but he ignored completely anything they had to say

And it didn’t get any better from there as everyone knows – all of these things will get answered fully in the upcoming blogs…thanks Heather for speaking your mind, I appreciate it.

    • I wasn’t able to go so I think not – I feel like shortly here the best solution will be for people to write letters, email, make phone calls, but it’s not yet time but it’s almost time.

  14. A stalker is usually known. What Morgan had was a tormenter. That is someone who does not make themselves know but still torments them!

    • Actually there is a typology of stalkers called a “stranger stalker” same thing essentially but as the progressive idea that there can be more than one kind of stalkers tAkes hold this will become more universally accepted. It is also a matter of laws on the books, many to deal with stalking, few to deal with tormentors. But I agree Morgan’s stalker might as well have been a tormentor!

  15. I don’t see how all of the evidence as of now points to Keenan being the stalker. I read everyday in hopes of evidence pointing us to one or more person. I know he’s done a couple things that are suspicious, but what about ?’s dad? Could he be the one? Could it be that ?, out of hatred for Morgan, has “brainwashed” Keenan into believing Morgan has done something or said something and ? needs to “show her” or “teach her a lesson” and that’s why Some things point to Keenan? ? seems to be a bully and some guys will do whatever their girl wants and will do anything to protect their “honor” if asked by said girl. They do this to keep and keep the girl “happy” or “satisfied” and to show that they are willing to prove their love to her. I’ve seen this in teens so many times but have not, first hand, seen it go as far as murder or stalking our valley. It is a possibility that his, so far, small involvement could be due to ?. Just a thought. Thanks for sharing your story and like I said I read everyday hoping this gets resolved and your next blog can be about a hero in this story.

    • Which one started what – that is the big question here. Does it really matter which one? Not so sure all I know is when there is an investigation I hope everyone involved gets caught.

  16. I think some of the animosity is coming from the format of the blog. They want the details and evidence all at once so educated conclusions can be made. I understand this. What I also understand is the reason why the family is presenting the events in this manner. It definitely helps the exposure, which is the point of the blog. No one can deny the effectiveness this has had exposure wise. There’s also the argument that the more time passes, the colder the case gets, and it’s difficult to help without all the facts. I just assume the family knows all of this and they feel the added exposure outweighs just throwing it all out there. JM2C

  17. I would love to throw it all out there tomorrow but so far no State or Federal agency (that I know of) has started an investigation and that is actually the purpose of this blog. Once one gets started I have no problem letting it all out since I have it on my timeline already, Steve and I are discussing whether or not I should let it all out sooner so one of the websleuths can figure it out – but what if you do there still is not LE agency that wants to get involved – what should we do?

    • Toni, I am not experienced in these things too much, but if you release any documents, scan them to your computer first and black everybody’s name out. Official documents will help in your case.(you have to protect yourself and you do that by making sure nobody can come back and sue you later) You need to request every single document that the police has. You can even ask for the officer’s notes on the case. You have that right. It would help if you could get an attorney. They will do most of the paperwork fetching for you.

  18. Contact Colorado Senator Michael Bennet and tell him your story. Seriously!!! It is worth a try! Start with the Grand Junction office: 970-241-663

  19. I saw from the obituary that Morgan’s funeral was at a Christian church…I hope you have a community of believers supporting you because I believe the evil that befell Morgan is not of this world (even if it had help from human hands). This evil can absolutely be defeated by prayer.

  20. That’s the one thing I can smile and really be happy about – I know Morgan had an amazing life, she was always making comments about how beautiful Mount Sopris was, how the river had so many sparkles, or look up mom there is a bald eagle! She told me she thought she lived in such a beautiful place that it would be hard to leave when she had to go finish off her last couple of years of college, and then go on to law school. But I told her she will always be able to come back here – your room will always be waiting and she would smile.

And then not only did she observe the beauty of nature everyday, but then she wanted to photograph it, or bake something and photograph that, or make a little art project and photograph that, and when she wasn’t shooting all those pictures she was writing on her computer or playing the piano and singing. Or even more recently she would where her ballet toe shoes into the kitchen, while I cooked dinner, and would insist I watch what she could now do on them. The house always felt full of life – now it’s so empty, except for the dogs, I call them the girls, and on some days they are pretty needy, and other days the girls are so much fun…thank God for the dogs!

Morgan was a saver, she saved everything, and about once a year she would ruthlessly go through her room and clean it out, but rarely did she throw anything away, she packed it all up in bins, and kept them in the garage…I still have toys from elementary school in our garage, and when I look in them it brings me back to that time and exactly what she looked like, how her voice sounded, and what we would talk about…they are all wonderful moments in time.

  21. Whoever said that was a photoshop job needs to be kicked in his or her little techy head or nuts or what have you.. you inconsiderate a*&hole

  22. I am a Graphic Artist. The wildlife cam image was not Photoshopped. And if you were to take the time to do that, why not place a clear image of the suspect’s face? That’s “the most pathetic excuse” for an argument I’ve ever heard.

  23. I just finished watching the Dr. Phil episode about this tragic incident. The ‘expert’ forensic investigator left me with more questions than answers. He doesn’t suppose it was natural causes, suicide or homicide. I’m not sure what you are left with then?

Even regardless of whether the accused ‘pulled the trigger’ so to speak, they certainly terrorized your daughter, this I have no doubt of. You could see it in ?’s face when she was asked the question and quickly looked down. Ultimately, whether it was murder or whether she was pushed beyond her limits, your daughter’s blood is on their hands.

I truly am sorry for your heartache and I wish you all the best in having this case re-opened. There obviously is a crack in the system here and there is still much to learn.

  24. I believe Morgan was murdered by ? by how ? responded when you accused her. Her eye contact, for one, how she focused like she was shocked you knew, but relieved knowing that she will never get caught for it. How she played the victim and sat there without defending herself quickly, showing no emotion. That is a sign of a murderer folks. I also believe that the Facebook messages sent to you explained it all. It’s very obvious she wanted Morgan dead. Remember, Facebook doesn’t delete messages and everything is archived. I would contact Facebook because there are many unanswered questions and you have the right to do that. If FB doesn’t respond, contact the hackervist group Anonymous.

  25. The hackervist group Anonymous helped track down Kyle Maxon, the guy that was responsible for Amanda Todd committing suicide last month. Contact them if FB doesn’t respond. This is horrible and that dirty bitch ? doesn’t deserve to go on with her life knowing what she did. I shun her and Keenan and whoever else is involved in your precious daughter’s death.

  26. Toni,
I have to admit that when I started reading this blog, I was skeptical. However, the more I read, the more I’m convinced that you are on the path to truth. On the surface, I can understand why some cannot believe that there was a stalker, given that LE claims that they never found any evidence of one. We are so accustomed to watching Forensic Files,Dateline, etc… that we are led to believe that no stones are left unturned in death investigations. But the unfortunate reality is that the cases we see on TV are the exceptions and in reality, most LE agencies have such limited time, resources and training that many investigations end up the way that this one has. I, unfortunately, had occasion to deal with a case involving my grandparents this summer and I was stunned at the lack of response to evidence directly handed over to the investigator. It wasn’t that the officers didn’t want to help us, but the department has such limited resources that only “high profile” cases get proper treatment. I applaud you for what you are doing in telling Morgan’s story. I am so sorry that you have been left with the burden of trying to solve this case yourselves while you are still grieving the loss of your child. It may take many years, but I believe that justice will prevail in this case and I also believe that you will get the answers you deserve. I only hope that these answers come soon enough to save other victims who might fall prey of this stalker. You did your very best to save Morgan, but perhaps by writing this blog, you will end up saving many others from suffering the same fate. I am praying for strength for your family and also for a satisfactory conclusion to this case. Don’t listen to the naysayers! Just keep doing what you are doing.
