Words found in a time of need…thanks Leesa for reminding me. Voltaire was one of Morgan’s favorite philosophers

“It is dangerous to be right in matters on which the established authorities are wrong”
(Voltaire)

“Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored” (Aldous Huxley)

“The only thing necessary for evil to flourish is for good men to do nothing.” (Edmund Burke

  1. After a good friend of mine shared your blog with us on face book, I spent the entire afternoon reading it from the beginning… your family is is my thoughts & prayers… I am a city-dwelling Coloradoan Mommy & although my children are much younger at the moment I constantly worry about how to keep them out of harm’s way in normal everyday situations… I cannot imagine the horror your beautiful girl faced & the terror you two suffered as parents… thank you for allowing all of us to experience your story, I know it has helped many of us gain a better perspective on the very real danger that our children could have to deal with from being stalked & it gives us all a much better understanding of the potential outcome of seemingly harmless acts of harassment… I send love & light your way… your daughter was a beautiful young lady…

    • Thank you so very much for the love & light you have sent our way…I think it REALLY helped because today has become a huge day for us in the progress of justice for Morgan and everyone will be hearing about it very soon. The more people we can help with Morgan’s story the better our hearts feel again, thank you.

  2. First of all, I too want to thank you, beyond mere words, for sharing Morgan’s horrificly sad and terrifing story. People need to wake up, and realize that no “stalker” is harmless, no acts of terror should be ignored. Infact, a terrorist is what he is, by definition, he has gone to great leangths to inflict terror upon Morgan and your family, and he should be delt with as a terrorist! Just to reiterate a few of your points, there was just a case in the news about a college student who was held (somewhat) reponsible for the suicide (not that I believe Morgan’s case was a suicide) of his roomate, after he continually bullied and inflicted humiliating acts of invasion of privacy, recording and brodcasting his roomates intimate moments on the internet for the whole campus. Society must realize that bullying and or terroristic acts can take many forms.
Secondly, and I hope I am not stating the obvious, or I am not saying more than I should, but I pray that you have some way of monitoring the IP’s that are used to view this site, for I am SURE this psycho is still watching and getting off at the continued torment he has caused your family. I truely believe that, like a trophe, he revells in the fact he hasnt been caught and that his actions are still in the forefront of so many minds, I would bet, infact he visits this site more than ANYONE.
Last but definitly not least, I hope you both know that Morgan’s story is spreading and thanks to your efforts, she is alive in the minds and thoughts of so many, as long as people are thinking of her always, she is never truely gone. This story has moved me, made me Ill, angry, sad and scared, but most of I feel a tiny bit blessed, to be able to take a peek into this AMAZING young womans life, one who though I will never get the chance to meet, I have come to feel as if I knew her, just a timy bit and furthermore, I have gained a love that only one parent can have for another, as a mother myself I wish I could hug you Toni! I also feel this overwelming need to help, if there is ANYTHING and outsider can do, I am just another Mother from Southern California, but if there is anything at all I can do, besides trying to spread the word about your blog and trying to spread awreness, PLEASE, let me know… I just found out about this blog yesterday and myself, my husband, my mother and a few of our friends have literally done nothing in the past 24 hours, but stay glued to our PC’s reading from beginning of Mogan’s story to today. Only because we want to catch this horrible man, not because his actions have captivated us, for in my eyes he is less than nothing, Morgan is why we read, she deserves to be rememebered, not because of how she died, or because of who is responsible for her death, but because of how she lived!!

    • I don’t even know what to say because what you said was so powerful, wonderful and touching all at the same time. Thank you so very much and at this time just spreading the word is the biggest thing you can help us with…that is what will eventually bring about change, and I do believe it is coming sooner rather than later.

  3. I just posted this to my fb ! I am in Pa and I pray that by all of us sharing we can get justice for Morgan! I have not stopped reading since I found this! I am hoping by the time I get caught up someone will be doing something! Is it so hard for people just to do their job?.. Accountabilty is lacking in so many instances in our country! For many, many years !,, I love when people standbup for their rights! I often think of Fred Goldman in the OJ trial as a parent that said I will not accept this! And truth be told, it took awhile but dear old karma worked her magic! Keep the faith!

  4. I know this is going to sound crazy but I have to ask you, have you ever thought to hire a private investigator to find out anything about ?, E and K maybe follow them and give them a taste if their stalking way? Maybe all three od them were in on it…
