Saw Dr Phil today. Believe Morgan was murdered! Disappointment as the expert gave his opinion, after all what did he have to make an opinion on except the info that the coroner who did the autopsy had provided. I’m sorry you are having such a difficult time getting an investigation done and even more sorry for your loss. I know how it hurts to lose a child. My son died March. 2011

I just watched Dr. Phil today and I truly believe your daughter was murdered! I am so sorry for your loss and feel that you are doing the right thing by speaking out. I have to say I was disappointed with the way Dr. Phil handled a few things, and I really do admire Dr. Phil a lot. I am surprised that Dr. Phil mentioned the antidepressants your daughter had taken two years ago as something that might be an explanation for that drug being in her system that night, when you had already explained to him that NO PILLS were found in her body!! On top of that, why would your daughter even have enough of that medication left to kill her after two years? Most people run out, or throw out their old medications. It doesn’t add up. I was also curious to know since there were no pills in her stomach, were they able to speculate how the drugs got inside her body? Did they find marks where she was injected? What about the cigarette burn you mentioned? Did they look into that to see if they could find out whether it was self inflicted or if it was a postmortem burn?
I didn’t think that girl had a normal reaction on TV. She came across as disingenuous, flippant and vague. Did the police ever thoroughly investigate her or her boyfriend? Did they even question them? Did they ever try to match up the man in the video with her boyfriend? They could have even tried to match up his shoe prints if the wanted to. Did they get search warrants for her mother’s barn?
I was also confused when Dr. Phil advised you to take down your blog saying you needed to grieve and bring closure to all of this. I took this as his way of saying that you didn’t have enough evidence and that you needed to accept her death and move on. The information you mentioned at the end about the facebook page, I wish you would have provided that to Dr. Phil as one of the many items of evidence you have. If I were you, I’d hire a really good private investigator to help you. I have seen them solve many cases (even cold cases) on shows such as dateline, 48 hours, etc. I wish you the best of luck and plan to check back to see how this progresses!
