A student currently working towards her Masters in Forensic Psychology, on the east coast told me this is one of her favorite books, Gavin De Becker’s “The Gift of Fear”. In it he describes intuition as a collection of experiences that helps to guide us and keep us safe.
Toni, I am so sorry for the hurt and frustration you and your family are going through. I am also sorry you all had to endure 4 months of being terrorized. No one should ever have to go through any of this. I started reading your blog 3 days ago after a friend posted the link on FB. I am also sharing the link to this blog because I know that the more people that see this the better. I cannot get you, Morgan, and your family off my mind. I’m frustrated to tears so I can only imagine how you and Steve are feeling and how you’ve felt for over a year now. Please know that I and all your other readers are supporting you and Steve, and we will until this gains national attention and justice is served. There isn’t a doubt in my mind that you will get the answers you are looking for…I just hate that it’s taking so long! Waiting makes the frustration so unbearable I am sure.
I am all the way over here in Atlanta, GA, but if you can think of anything I can do to help PLEASE let me know. Go to the local news stations, contact the newspaper, anything at all! I’m spreading the word through social media because I know the story will reach hundreds of thousands of people that way. Just know that you aren’t alone, and we are all with you every step of the way. Toni, I do believe good will prevail, and one day you and your family will have closure and justice for sweet Morgan. I purchased about 6 of these books many years ago, and passed them out to anyone that would listen to me. an amazing book that teaches to listen to that inner voice that we were conditioned to ignore.
