At least there is no statute of limitation on murder, and we will never give up until Morgan receives justice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>STALKING IS A CRIME. \u00a0STALKING IS DANGEROUS. \u00a0STALKING NEEDS TO STOP!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Below is a picture of Morgan on her very last Halloween &#8211; dressed again as a little kitty.<\/strong> \u00a0This Halloween picture was taken during her stalking, when she was trying as hard as she could to keep her &#8220;normal&#8221; happy life, and not allow her stalkers to take her joy away.
