2 inch caps<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000;\">2 Tbsp. olive plus 2 additional Tbsp. *<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000;\">1\/4 cup chopped onion<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000;\">1\/2 clove garlic, finely chopped<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000;\">1\/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs (1 slice) we usually use Italian bread crumbs, but either kind works<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000;\">3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000;\">1 Tbsp. chopped parsley<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000;\">1\/2 tsp. salt<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000;\">1\/8 tsp. oregano<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000;\">Grease shallow 1 1\/2 quart casserole. \u00a0Clean mushrooms and cut off stems from caps. \u00a0Place caps open side up in casserole. \u00a0Set aside. \u00a0Finely chop mushroom stems. \u00a0Heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil in skillet. \u00a0Add chopped mushroom stems, onion, and garlic. \u00a0Cook slowly until lightly browned. \u00a0Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and oregano. \u00a0Mix in onion, garlic, and stems. \u00a0Pile mixture lightly into inverted caps. \u00a0Pour remaining 2 Tbsp. olive oil into casserole. \u00a0Bake at 400 degrees for 15 &#8211; 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and the tops are browned. \u00a0Makes 6 &#8211; 8 servings.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000;\">* Additional olive oil is to pour into casserole at the end. \u00a0Morgan used to always make these on Thanksgiving. \u00a0Everyone in our family used to cook whatever their favorites were on Thanksgiving, and they became all part of our Thanksgiving dinner.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stuffed Mushrooms Parmesan 1 lb. mushrooms with 1 &#8211;
