In a statement that was about as condescending as could be the contracted pathologist
\nintimated that in order for Morgan to be killed
\nwith Amitriptyline she would have had to be subdued by
\nher assailant. And there were no signs of her being subdued
\nso \u2013 it did not happen. Excuse me, but of all the boatloads
\nof crap floating around in the explanations of Morgan\u2019s stalking,
\nand murder that never was – this has to take a prize. A few days
\nago I wrote about the Jessica Ridgeway murder, and dismemberment,
\nand her accused\/admitted assailant who now awaits his trial.
\nHe also admitted to an attack on a female jogger. The
\njogger reported that the attack began with an attempt to put a rag
\nthat smelled of chemicals over her mouth. A rag that smelled
\nof chemicals, remember that because it\u2019s an important clue. It is
\nnow rumored \/ released information that the alleged assailant
\nadmits to going on the internet and finding out how to make
\nchloroform and then attempting to use it to subdue the female
\njogger before he did whatever vile acts he contemplated next. I
\nalso seem to remember a quite notorious case in Florida recently in
\nwhich the accused killer, found not guilty, frequented a house
\nwhere a computer had been used to research chloroform, including \u2013
\nallegedly \u2013 instructions on how to make it. I have never done
\nthe same, but it does not seem to be all that hard and sort of
\ncommonplace these days. If a seventeen year old youth in
\nColorado was able to do it, then could Morgan\u2019s nineteen year old
\nsuspect have been able to? Or Brooke Harris, his girlfriend \/
\nnot girlfriend, could she have done it? I mean go on a
\ncomputer and research how to make Chloroform. So to complete this
\nloop I have a question, and an anger, and an observation, all at
\nthe same time. How can the forensic pathologist
\ncondescendingly imply that Morgan was not subdued when:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. She had a bruise on her forehead.<\/li>\n
  2. Blood on the edge of her lips<\/li>\n
  3. She was not given any test that would have indicated the presence of
    \nCHLOROFORM, which does seem to be popular these days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you were a professional, concerned with the truth,
    \nconcerned with apprehending criminals, wouldn\u2019t this be ruled out
    \nbefore you carried through on threats to the victim’s mother, a
    \nvictim herself, and changed Morgan’s manner of death from natural
    \nto suicide? \u00a0Especially because she was a felony stalking
    \nvictim? \u00a0Is it just me or is there a very obvious
    \npossibility being overlooked by those hired to look? \u00a0I really
    \njust want people to do their jobs, assemble the facts and arrive at
    \nthe truth, not just for Morgan but for every other victim. When you
    \ndid not even test for chloroform at a time that it\u2019s being sloshed
    \non rags and being used to subdue victims and attempt to subdue
    \nvictims across the country then, sorry, you did not do your
    \njob. And to sit back and tell me that Morgan could not have
    \nbeen subdued is a farce. \u00a0I believe my daughter deserved
    \nbetter than. I believe in Colorado, the Victims Rights Act
    \ndemands more than that. \u00a0When the female jogger was attacked and an
    \nattempt to put a rag that smelled of chemicals over her mouth was
    \nmade, I have to ask, do you think she was tested for the
    \npresence of CHLOROFORM? \u00a0How many other reasons could there be
    \nfor an attacker to try to cover your mouth with a rag that smells
    \nof chemicals? \u00a0My wild guess would be that none of them are
    \ngood and if Chloroform is not the only chemical, then that is just
    \nmy lack of expertise showing and if there are others then test for
    \nthose too. Because when a victim is successfully subdued by their
    \nattacker the result is most likely going to be very bad.
    \nVictims are taught at a young age to kick and scream, do
    \nanything you can to get away. But what about caught in your
    \nsleep, with a rag sloshed in chloroform placed over you mouth,
    \nbefore you have a chance to react, perhaps a thumb placed on your
    \nforehead to keep you still for that few seconds until you go under,
    \none bruise, that\u2019s all.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
